    Gippal's weapon-of-choice in X-2 is fairly creative:
    A three-barreled RPG launcher with a large grinding disc on the other end. Good for close-range nastiness, or long-range explodingness.

    Yep, virtually everything in this thread has appeared in one FF or another. However, there have been few maces (clubs, not sprays) in FF history. There've been hammers, but not maces. Odd.

    Scythes are another notable absence, although they're apparently available in FFXI.

    FFII had maces, but the series needs more truncheons as a whole.
