I belive that the magic dots belong to Tifa. Mover's are dots (not magic) and they give good experience.

I like how much the characters glich when you attack the movers with 2 or 4-cut. Dam its funny. Especially Cloud. But yeah them and Magic Pots or Urns are good for AP
