True really. The advert will actually more likely simply become trivial conversation between shocked drivers and worried pedestrians. The only way to remotely get some impact is if someone sees a shocking accident with their own eyes in their own life, and it goes without saying that this can't be arranged beforehand

And I finally saw the advert the other day. Shocking - yes, BUT I have an extremely strong feeling that it's edited in some way. If that footage is 100% unadulterated then, well...that's just off the scale.
