I exercise as much as I can. I either go on long powerwalks, swim laps at the pool or go bike-riding. I try and exercise everyday in the summer, but it's much harder in winter because of the rain. I get by though. I love exercising![]()

I used to work out 6 times a week, but eventually that dwindled down to 3. I still have to run regularly though, since the military wants you to be able to catch a plane while its on a runway and your getting shot at by the enemy.

Weights at the gym, 4 or 5 times a week, as well as a little cardio, and probably ice hockey a few times a week this fall and winter.

I go to the gym about three times a week. I plan on going five times a week once I get used to my work/school schedule.
i do a hundred pushups and situps when i get up and before i got to bed. i also run at least two miles everynight and go to the gym at least twice a week as well as playing football on sundays.

Hmm, I exercise maybe 4-5 hours a week... I used to exercise up to 10 hours a week, but I didn't really have the time... I'm going back to the 10 hours this winter, though.
As soon as i go back to school i get to do 20+ hours of exercise a week, im gonna die of exhaustion.
