Dont know if its true ,but the was a story going about that a lady named her new born daughter placenta; because when the Doctors mentioned it she thought it sounded pretty. That would be horrible. Also if a parent picks a first name that makes a "funny" phrase when put with the last its terrible as well. I like slightly normal only slightly over used names like Terra or Austin

The greatest name for a child has to be "Oi". It works on so many levels.

    "Oi, do your homework!"
"Oi, don't speak to your mother that way!"
    "Oi, your dinners ready!"
    "Oiiiii....happy birthday!"

You're not allowed to use digits or profanity on your childs name in America. Except maybe in California.

My fiance is set on calling any male child Rasputin. I sure hope there won't be any male descendants.

My name's Carmelita, so it's not too common or anything around where I live unless among...hispanics? Yeah. My boyfriend wants to name our son Storm, which I like. I would like to name a son Storm, Brendan or Seymour, and a girl Amriel, Jaecee or Morrigan. I love those names.
