Lets see... in 1999, I think I was about 11. So chances are, no, I didn't party like it was 1999 in 1999.

I'm too much of a stiff to party.
When I "partied in '99" I played lots of playstation with this kid I didn't know on a game I didn't like. Then I went into a room that was filled with smoke to find my mum and got REALLY dizzy but felt good. When I found my mum I had to learn how to shake hands with lots of gay people (they were actually junkies, but I thought they were gay people). Then I had to go to bed before it was '00 and I had to sleep on this bed with like 20 poor kids I didn't know, most of them kept spewing up and coughing.
YEAH.
I'm pretty sure I was either at a large party in Auckland or else in a small party in Masterton. I can't remember if it was 2000 that I started celebrating NY's in Masterton or not. Either way, yeah, I was at some kind of party type thing.
What I do know is that I was the first ever person to brush their teeth in the new millenium. Seriously. I was brushing my teeth the moment the clock ticked over in NZ (the first timezone). Nobody else has made a similar claim that I know of (in which case I'd still be tied for first to do so), so right now I'm THAT guy that brushed his teeth before anyone else in the new millenium. And nobody can take that away from me!
