What level should i be before attempting Kefka's Tower?

Typcially if you're in the low to mid 40s you'll be okay.

Heh, then you should be fine. Especially if you have decent equipment and magic.

The first time I beat this game a few years ago I got by with hardly any magic at all...how in the hell I did that, I don't really remember.
