Well, I've heard many good things about Fear & Lothing
I be careful watching Fear and Loathing while stoned, particularily for the Adrenochrome scene. People have gotten rather freaked on that. But on the whole it probably works well.
Yellow Submarine is the ultimate drug film, of course.
Anything by Disney.......

not suprisingly, movies about stoners being watched while stoned are usually most boring
Ive never been stoned befor but apparently (according to my dad funnily enough) you can only watch the film version of Pink Floyd's The Wall can only be watched if you are drunk or stoned
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was pretty crazy, at least the first half
