Default What was the joke from the film Aristocrats?

I've yet to see it, but I'll be damned if I'm going to pay money to hear 100 has-beens say one single joke.

Even if you can't put it here, PM me.

I dunno, I thought it was quiet a good cartoon. Granted it wasn't one of Disney's best, but there were some catchy musical numbers.

i'll outline the joke for you

"A family walks into a talent agency. It's a father, mother, son, daughter and dog. The father says to the talent agent, "We have a really amazing act. You should represent us."

The agent says, "Sorry, I don't represent family acts. They're a little too cute."

The mother says, "Sir, if you just see our act, we know you would want to represent us."

The agent says, "OK. OK. I'll take a look.""

(now a very long scenario involving violence, sex, incest, bestiality, sodomy etc.)

"For the longest time, the agent just sits in silence. Finally, he manages, "That's a hell of an act. What do you call it?"

And the father says, "The Aristocrats!""

and that is why i'm not telling you any variation of that joke except for it's outline.

there is no clean version. it's a very very funny joke which i have actually told a few times but this forum is not the place for it.

I've never heard of a Disney movie called "The Aristocrats" though I have heard of a Disney movie called "The Aristocats", thus I have no clue what this thread is about.

it's not a disney film. it is lots of comedians telling the same joke in the same way one after the other.

There's a clip of Cartman telling the joke to Stan, Kyle, and Kenny if you're able to do a search and download it. It's the crudest thing you'll ever hear, and I don't think it's funny more than once, but it's worth a look. I'm not sure I'm interested in seeing the whole movie though, except for my love of Penn and Bob Saget.

Mike talked about this at ASC about a month back, and yeah, it's a really interesting premise.
This movie is about a joke.

It's a comedian's in-joke usually only told backstage to other comedians. You probably saw the South Park Version as early as last year. That was a clip from this movie, and it was one of the tamer versions of the joke.

Basically, a family walks into a talent agency looking for representation, the agent asks to see their act, they do it, he asks what it's called, and they say "The Aristocrats!"

Not funny. The humor comes from the description of the act, which traditionally changed from teller to teller, and everyone who tells it attempt to construct the most vile, irrepsponsible, horrifying black poetry that they can imagine, topping it off with the anti-climax punchline.
