where urine and fecies was decomposed down into energy, and CO2. That way, some is recycled, and the rest is breathed out.
We wouldn't have to waste time using the restroom and could accomplish more during the day without destractions.

And 100% efficiency would be interesting. Because we only work at less that 25% as it is. So we'd only need one meal a day, we'd be faster, stronger, smarter... and our metabolism take us from birth to grave in under 10 years.
