how long did it take you.... ?

iv just finished FF8, it took me 61 hours, that includes geting all GF's & ultimate weapons, how long did it take you ?

just to beat it with all the gf's and ultimate weapons it took me like 35hrs, now mastering it like 70, or 80 ish .

I dunno how long it took me, but mastering it takes so short, level wise. You just go to the Heaven/Hell islands with Quistis.

75 hours or something. Did none of the sidequests, and lamed out when it came to obtaining Tonberry. Meh.

I think such a question is abiguous. Par exampler, it's taken me two years to officially complete Xenogears. Time says it only took me forty hours.

yeah but the 40 hrs is actually how long it took u to beat it. total gameplay.
u must have stopped over and over again, or not have played for long periods of time.

It took me about 105 hours to complete the whole game. I spent ages and ages leveling up all my characters to level 100 at the end, as well as my GF's. I was determined to get my characters as strong as possible for the fight with Ultimecia.

Triple Traid was something that took alot of my gameplay hours - it's so addictive and fun. Plus I wanted to refine alot of cards - so I had to play alot of cards.

i'd say about 100 hours for me because.....i really don't know why O_o

probably 50 hrs first time around did get all the gfs except for doomtrain and eden, did most of the sidequests

i can usually beat it in 32 hours. that's with getting all GFs (which i use like twice), all cards, everyone to level 100. i skip the lame sidequests like the obel lake quest, the UFO bull[img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img], and a few other things. and i don't do anything with goddamn chocobos. waste of time, plus they serve no purpose whatsoever. the fastest i've done it is in about 28 hours because i only leveled everyone up to about 60, except squall who was at 100.

the VERY FIRST TIME i played this it took me roughly 80 hours. after playing it all the way through around 30 times, it becomes rather easy and you can fly through it.

if you skip the ufo sidequest then you can't get all cards.

It took about 70 hours, but I think it took so long because I didn't WANT to finish this wonderful game completely.
In the end, I felt really sad when watching the ending-sequence.
