Personally i am in support of Iraq going against this, America should not have too much influence in a new draft if they are going to do one, because if they do the new government will be based off that Constitution, and will have similar American ideals because it was made off in America. However I do not want Iraq to be like America unless it truly absolutely wants to, so before the mindset and the Constitution(the highest law in that country) is set in stone(or as set in as it can), i want them to get the right one that fits THEM, not America.
