Most Evil Megaman Theme

I'm going with Doppler's theme in Megaman X3.

I don't know about evil, but I really like Neon Tiger's theme from X3.

I thought everything from X3 sounded like a bunch of noise. Though I do agree that Doppler's music was pretty evil sounding noise. If that's the game with the fortress level and the collapsing ceiling, which I think it is.

For most evil theme, I've got to go with the Sigma battle music from X4. It's not particularly good, but it does sound evil.

Are you referring to SNES or PC version of X3? Because the PC version has remixed songs that sound better than the SNES.

The PC/PS songs don't all sound all better than the SNES ones. The quality is certainly better, but the choice of instrumentation can be very off. I'm thinking of Light's theme here.
