Tiamat doesn't exist in a non-hacked game im afraid.
unless of course you throw cheese off the airship and tiamat will come and say "how dare you waste cheese!" then hell attack you. he has 250000 hp and attacks which instant kill and do over 8000 damage and absorbing attacks. you get the cheese after meeting doomgaze 200 time without hurting him.and on the 201st time use vanish doom trick and kill him.he will drop the cheese. to throw it off the airship go to one of the edges and you will find that cheese is now useable.use it and it will be thrown of.
to get this to actually work you need to hack the game. so tiamat doesnt exist in a non hacked game.

The screenshot you saw was a fake. The "Tiamat" sprite is from Bahamut Lagoon. Tiamat is not in FFVI.
