That is the worst and dumbest thing I have ever heard. People are now wasting thier martial law resources on stopping theives. Why are people like this? Of course they know how much more damage this will cause, but who cares - as long as I am ritch. I detest these theves immensly and hope they find the errors of thier ways, If not, then I wish em to hell.
