I also must say that as the other thread on Niger was discussed I walked away from it with the belief that we can throw money and food at them all we want, what they need more than anything would be a revolution. Which I don;t think you would agree with. When Americans invest (for a less charitable word) in aiding a country, they would like to see thier money being used wiseley. It makes a lot of relevant sence when you think about it. It's just not as easy to help as it should be.
