Yes keep them at 60x60, but Image Scale would definetly be helpful. I spent an hour trying to get the dimensions just right (60x61) and get the right picture, and no, the stretch skew on Paint squashs and warps the picture, and the end result is terible. Ive tried this. Image Scale is great most of the time, but it's NEVER going to happen.
