I work in the pharmacy at Riverside Kaiser Permanente, a big hospital. I am a pharmacy assistant. No, I'm not a pharmacist, or I'd have no money problems. I am basically a cashier with a great deal of knowledge about medication. I don't hate it particularly, but it is not a great job. The pay is good, but the work is tedious and very high-stress.

1. Do you like living in California?

Yeah, living in California is nice. It has its advantages and disadvantages. It is nice to be an hour away from the mountains, the beach, the desert, Los Angeles, Orange County, Mexico, etc. However, the traffic is aweful, everything is terribly expensive, and I don't know how I will ever afford a house out here. Sometimes I think about moving to another state when I am done with school so I can get a house and live life at a slower pace, but in the end, I think I would miss CA.

2. Where have you traveled to, ourside of California?

When I was young, I went to lots of places with my family. We drove through from CA to Georgia. But more recently, I've pretty much just been all over CA (San Fran, Big Sur, Yosemite, San Luis Obispo, etc). We go to Las Vegas once in a while. Also, for our honeymoon, we went to Mazatlan, Mexico.
I would like to go to lots of places in the next 5 years, like Europe, Hawaii, New York, and Canada.

3. How does California compare to the places you've traveled to?

Depends on what part of CA you're talking about. CA is very different all over- remember, it is huge. If you don't like living at a fast pace, CA isn't for you. I like CA better, basically. Concerning where I've been... I wouldn't want to live in AZ cause it is so hot and so far from a body of water. I think I want to check out Oregon and see how I like that.
