Since we're in the FFVIII forum I'll go with Ultima Weapon. Cool two-part monster appearance, cool attacks, extra cool sword (which looks identical to Cloud's very cool Ultima sword).

I love my ArtFX Ultima Weapon action figure.

Now if only they would make versions of Ruby and Emerald.
