Both versions - DVD and UMD - should be released on the same day, at the same price, with the same content. So you won't miss out on anything if you buy one but not the other

But, if you have a PSP and have updated to 2.0, some UMD's have the soundtrack loaded onto them, and I think the frontsite mentioned it has some songs loaded on it.
