I don't see the point in changing them.
The mouse pointer itself is normal, but it has Totakeke from Animal Crossing playing his guitar. It's really awesome, although it's so big it's just a nuisance, but I keep it as some silly sign of devotion to that game.
changing mine would confuse me further....
