Thats because A) There are more black people there than white people and B)The media isn't showing any white people doing the looting.
I was going to make a similar response, which goes back to my point that the media is more racist than anyone else in this situation, and in turn is influencing the population's beliefs about the city. My mom made a comment last night about how it was all of the black people doing the looting, and it drove me nuts. Seeing something on the news is not an accurate portrayal of what's really happening.
