Just use quick reply-- forum code and smilies are easily memorized.
Apart from that, I dunno why they wouldn't show up for you xD They did just now for. Try fiddling your forum style.

Ill try and I do use quick reply and I do know forum tags. But I just said that as if I need it in a hurry..

With the No Sig group, we kept running into all sorts of problems with your account, so coming out of it probably turned off some option in your CP that gives you an advanced/extended Add Reply page. Look around a bit, it should be there.
