Depends really. I find I'm extremely amiable sometimes, but can get impatient and annoyed with people easily - usually when they don't express empathy.

I don't particularily think it's horrible to laugh at someone who faceplants the sidewalk. It's hilarious.
Oh, I can be quiet the spiteful fiend and vengeful too, but I always feel guilty afterwards. So yes I can be a jerk, but I do not like being one.
I'd like to think I was a nice person, but there are days when I regret saying or doing something, or wish I'd done something else. And sometimes, I can be such a bitch, even I'm surprised. Fortunately, that's not often.
