Who do you believe? It could be a scam unrelated to Paypal? Do you know of proof of anything? Paypal does suck but for different reasons. For one thing, I think it's a bad idea to link to your bank account. After a modest amount of money of a transaction, it's a bad idea. I think 1000 or a few $1000, anything more is asking for trouble. $20,000, you gotta be kidding me.
