Can I just say Marick, I already mentioned to UDH that I will be strict on deadlines. There is no way I'm going to let people let the rest of us down. I will ask for deadlines to be taken seriously and if anyone doesn't have a really good excuse to miss a deadline then it'll be a warning. If it remains continuous, then you can guarantee you'd be removed from the staff, letting anyone else who has the devotion to do this.
I'd also like to say that do not get any idea's yet please, do not start writing any information yet. We do not know when this will start. Although we want it to start soon, gathering information now etc will be pointless as it may turn out to be "old news".
As BoB has kindly said we can use our own board on Aiyon, we shall do that, but I'm afraid that for a short while, we will need to use a temp board as Aiyon is currently inactive/down. This would just be a small invision board or something. Just to get us started.
I would like each reporter/writer to post their idea's for a story up on this board, and also then give a draft of what they will put during the end of the first week. This way we can proof read etc and see whats wrong before the deadline of the paper itself.
So just wait for our go ahead before you start anything please.
