Yeah, the "Here's your sign" thing. The concept being, all stupid people should have to wear signs, so you know not to ask them for things. Like, "Hey, would you happen -- oh, sorry, didn't see your sign."
There was a book I had once, too. Snappy Answers to Stupid Questions...from MAD Magazine. Good book.
