America may have certain controversial rules that limit certain freedoms in exchange of protecting its citizens' lives. You could say ultimate and total freedom is more important than actually living (i.e, liberty or death), but some would disagree. But that's another argument.
What you're doing here, comparing the USA to Nazi Germany, is a disgusting and ruthlessly demagogues act. Nazi Germany started a war, murdered millions, and attempted world domination. Drawing lines of resemblence between it and roughly anything is appaling.
So, I suggest you stop. Really.
