It probably isn't going to be R since a lot of kids younger than 17 like ff7, but if it ends up being R, then they won't make as much money.
i'd say it would be rated 15 over here in England. But since it's gonna be on DVD, parents are gonna buy it for their kids anyways...so, it shouldn't really affect the sales...

PG-13 or even less. Cid only swears once or twice and the blood is just a few drops.
