how did you get banned from EoEO?

Well I just found out I got kicked off of EoEO for "spamming" I beleive. I can understand teh reasoning for teh ban in such a case that I used a smilie drinking beer twice and said that the character I roleplay could drink...but I mean still, this is my FIRST infringement of teh general rules and it says under the rules :
Banning. Banning is permanent. Everyone gets at least one warning by PM before we ban you, except in extreme cases. Extreme cases include mass spamming or advertising, posting or linking to porn or even porn-related / implied material, or posting extreme disturbing content, all of which will get you banned without warning. Considering there are members as young as 10 here, we want to keep the place on a family-friendly suitable level in general. We reserve the right to ban anyone for any reason, but we generally don’t ban anyone unless they’re being a huge jerk about something. But once you’re banned, you’re gone for good. Be nice and you don’t have to worry about it.

I don't think I really was being a huge jerk about anything and I can see the logic behind the ban, but at the same time I don't think I broke the rules enough to get banned on my first time. Thoughts?

Yuhuh. If you're going into EoEo, you probably aren't in the right mindframe for giving people advice if you end up spamming, no matter how lightly.

He's just banned from two forums; Eyes on Eachother and World Events.

That information about banning is information about permanent banning. You only got banned from EoEO, so what was written there really doesn't apply for your ban. As Mindflare said, warnings for EoEO is in the forum description and that thread. Don't worry though, EoEO and World Events are the most boring forums anyways. :rolleyes2

I am proud to say that no matter how many times I may have gone close to breaking the rules, I have always known where to toe the line. I know where to stop. Therefore I have never had No EoEO for me.

Alternatively, I just never post in there.
