The media has been trying to make the hurricane disaster someone's fault and the roulette wheel has seemed to stop on the president. Well, hindsight is always 20/20. If you want to blame anyone blame the idiots that built a city in a giant bowl.

Why do hot dogs come in packs of ten but hot dog buns come in packs of eight?
Don't laugh at people's pain, laugh at their face.
yup its so true, always when thers trouble the people or country will blame the leader the easiest target.

you can blame the president because the buck stops with him. he is in overall charge and so all failures link directly to him.
but it is not just his fault. it is the federal government too.
the city is okay in theory. holland does fine. but holland isn't in the firing line of hurricanes. lack of funding comes down to it. and that is to to with the president.
yeah well if u knew that congress only gives him a set amount of money, its not that easy to go fund it all on a natural disaster.

the eu also has a trade subsidy on the same level (i refuse to buy from them too).
why direct critcism to america. becauseit is the one single country that can end this. but refuses to. out of petty self interest and greed.
The only thing that makes me really angry is when people blame someone else, but they haven't really -tried- to help out at all themselves. There's a lot we can do to help, just by spending 5 dollars at wal-mart is an easy start.
There's about a million people you can blame for this.
The president for not giving enough support.
The governer for not relinquishing control to the feds.
The mayor for not relinquishing control to the state.
The city for knowing damn well that, in the event of something like this, they would end up completely under water, but most didn't evacuate anyway.
The French for building the town below sea level two hundred years ago.
The trickle down effect just keeps going until you eventually end up saying something ridiculous like it's all the French's fault. I agree with Reles that people need to do action. Can't go directly and help? Volunteer at your local Red Cross/Salvation Army. Can't volunteer? Give blood. Can't give blood? Give cash. Can't do any of that? Shut your pie hole.
