    I was just listenting to Küsh Mitch by Rammstein, and am wondering has anyone else noticed that freaky-ass-cartoon-waggly-tounge-whatever-the-hell-it-is noise?

    Yes, and it completely ruins the song for me. Not that it would be very good without it. And it's spelt 'Küss Mich'.
