information wise. i like ff-8 because it had everything. x-2s ticked me off a bit becuase it didn't tell u where u can find all the monsters.

FFIX's was the worst strategy guide ever published.

Although I love FFIX I have to agree with you there. The "How to defeat a Boss" strategies sucked. I had to do it myself for the most part. And how they tell you to do things. Corny. FFVIII, though a good game, also shares the same fate of FFXI's walkthrough. Do this. Do that. But how?? How do this. How do that??

I've only used two walkthroughs, so I'll have to go with VII's as my favourite. IX's walkthrough was stupid, and should never have been published. I payed $15 extra just to read "for such and such info, go to our website". OI!
