I will admit that I found out about him from it being shown on Nip/Tuck, But I do think he is really good.
I need to listen to more of his stuff, and I have yet to hear him with Paul Simons. *goes to limewire*

All I can remember of Art Garfunkel is a Rock Profile show on them. For those who don't know, Rock Profile is the show that Matt Lucas and David Walliams did before Little Britain, and is a thousand times more funnier and inventive, and easily my favourite show by then. Basically Simon and Garfunkel ended up putting a cloth between them due to arguing, then a whole brick wall. Trust me, it was frickin' hilarious.
