I was wondering if the page rank when you have the google toolbar has anything to do with how much income EoFF gets when off its ads. I figured if it was low, Cid would probably ask us to donate again (no problem) and if it was high, everything is good, I suppose. Just curious, since I look at that thing all the time and see it where ever its at.

I have no idea why I want to know this, or anything else for that matter, but it seemed like something intresting, so thats probably why I asked.

I don't think so. Page Rank is Google's searching system, which classifies the relevance of pages based on how many pages link back to it. Pretty sure the ads draw income solely on clicks.

Doesn't the google toolbar have spyware? Or am I imagining things again.

then again you're using IE, so how could you tell? :}

There's about a hojillion IE toolbars with spyware in them, but I'm almost positive Google isn't one of them.

Just right-click over any part of the screen up there, and you should be able to unselect the toolbars.

Uninstalling them with add/remove programs might be a nice step after that. :|

The page rank corresponds to the site ranking based on the number of visits total from all google/alexa toolbars.
