In what way is the NHS collapsing? All I can see is the government mindlessly throwing billions at it hoping it'll suddenly be boosted up to standards of excellency and trying to persuade anti-Blair media to stop going on about MRSA. Sure, it's not the best in the world in terms of quality, but it's not going to collapse any time soon.
