I lost the 1st key item

I answered a question the way I wanted, but not the way that I should have answered to win the 1st key item (a komodo scale). Leena told me that she deserved a 100 komodo scales, but she would ask me for 3 only. Is there a way to get a 4th to the boy who wants to date Kiki?

you get all three of the komodo scales by beating the komodos. you dont get one from answering questions a certain way.

there's a man under the giant fish in arni. talk to him, and agree with him about catching some kid of king fish or something. he'll thank you for playing along with his story and give you a komodo scale. you're supposed to take that komodo scale and give it to the little boy on the right side of the screen. he'll give you an uplift materia, that's all.
