Which establishment has the best french fries anywhere? You can include either nationwide/worldwide chains, or local places near you that you highly recommend.

Also, do you usually eat your fries with something? Discuss.

Screw McDonalds

They don't come anywhere close to the deep-fried glory that is Rally's (or if you *don't* live in arkansas, Checkers) french fries.

There're french fries from a company named McCain, I believe, and it is very good, but of course, you have the trouble of making it at home.
