Sexy? I always thought they were dorky as heck That's the stuff they teach you in grade school. I'm not talking about how game companies title their games, just about how everyday people refer to them.

And of course, if you learn about it in school, it's dorky.

Like I said before and got deleted, what I'm saying is that it seems stupid to use them for the sake of official accuracy, if you're going to use something like acronyms along with it. For example, "Final Fantasy VII" is the official name, not "FFVII". So claming the reasons is to go with "what's official", seems idiotic in such a case. Thus, so does the preference over roman numerals for such use.
