You can win a weapon with this already added from Geosgaeno. Normally you can only put [No Encounters] on an
armor, but the Geosgaeno weapon keeps the monsters away like the armor.
Geosgaeno is the fiend you fight in Baaj Temple after you revisit it with the airship.

If I got the airship,I'll go capturing fiends,I need "No Encounter " no more.
I saw one friend of mine had this ability very soon,in Thunder Plain.But he didn't told me how.
Err, maybe he went back...
As far as I know, you can't get 'no encounters' that soon...
