Ummmm...Since they both have beliefs of compassion, then ideally they would not be in a fight in the first place. But in a non-sensical universe, Jesus would considering he is the son of God.
Well, since the pope is a figurehead and has absolutely no powers, obviously Jesus would win. It'd be the same as asking who would win, Yoda or, well, you.
