I've got the first one, but I just didn't have the time to get into it much and I didn't play it online. It's good though. Probably won't have time to get into the second one either, but I'd like to get it and try it out.

There's three types. Standard direct TCP/IP connection, Internet based connection with match-ups involing computer-stored characters, and Gamespy based connection with match-ups involving server-stored characters. In a nutshell, it means that the "Internet" part doesn't require registration but will be hacked to hell, but the "Gamespy" one will be relatively (I hope) hack free, but will require a Gamespy account.Originally Posted by tsukasa
