I think the breasts are real. With the kind of money she has, she could have afforded a better plastic surgeon who'd have done a much nicer, classier, job of it. As for the eyes and nose.... perhaps, perhaps not. I don't know how to tell underneath the paint-job on top. Does she apply makeup with a garden trowel?
