    You mean IV

    Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
    Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

They already retranslated it for the Playstation version of FFIV, in Europe anyway. Did the American FFanthology not get the same deal?
Yes, but FFI and FFII got new translations on the PS and then another set of translations for the GBA. So even if FFIV had a revised script on the PS, it should get a more refined translation for this latest incarnation.

considering how amazing the FFI and FFII translations were on GBA, I'll be PISSED if they use another inferior translator. Also, I might be completely off the mark here, but those "new screenshots" look an AWFUL lot like the WSC version.

That may because it's a GBA port of the WSC versio.

    Oh is it?

it will feature some exclusive changes for the GBA. Specifically, a graphical upgrade is mentioned, and is apparent in the first images of the game. The sprites have sharper colors, and character portraits have been added to the speech boxes.

I'll definitely be importing that one, along with the FC controller faceplate. It'll look so nice next to my FFII WSC with matching Wild Rose wrist strap.
