I prefer longer hair on guys. But I prefer having my hair short (well, short in my opinion).

Long hair, if the hair is too short she'd end up looking like a guy and that's a turn off.

Not really short and not too long. My boyfriend has dread/plait things and his hair is on the long side and I loves that. But once it gets past the shoulders on a guy its a nono.

I prefer something in the middle. Not short like a buzz cut, but not very very hippie long. Even hippie long is nice sometimes, but I never like buzz cut.
I look at the style over the length. But if it's boring, plain hair then I usually like it just above the shoulders on both sexs.
Somewhere between the ears and the shoulders. Shorter is rarely attractive (but some hair styles make it look good) and longer is.... I don't know, just not pretty anymore.
Of course, there are exceptions.

Look at Lemmy here! He's ugly and smelly, and certainly hasn't 'pulled' any 'looks', but he's still cool. 'Cos he's Lemmy!!!

I think a guy can pull off long hair if he has high cheek bones/lean cheeks. Chubby dudes cannot do it.
