I think he means if he gets EoEO banned, does he then get off the usernotes ban.

The answer to this is no, because, for the moment at least, an EoEO ban also incorporates a usernotes ban.

That's sort of what I thought he meant, but I thought everyone now knew that an EoEO Ban automatically comes with a usernote ban as well so he confused me.

Also, intentionally trying to get yourself an EoEO ban will more than likely make it a permanent one.
