Actually I like them alll,, but if I had to...well Queen Minny, her head is not porportional, it is swollen like a hot air ballon...
Mickey, Goofy, Ursela, and Sephiroth. Well, from the original anyway. I'm sure it was a lot more satisfying seeing Sephy in Final Mix than it was seeing him in KH. I'd rather they'd have just made him a main villain in KH2.
All the summon characters besides Tinkerbell. They were so unbelivably useless.

I don't know who to choose, but for only one reason, I choose Yuffie, or just Yuffie's voice, for the reason of that whore Cristy Carlson Ramano! grrr...
I thought that kingdom hearts was a very great game and that without Sora (the main character) and Kairi (soras lover) it would be like taking Cloud and Aeris/Tifa from FFVII or Tidus and Yuna from FFX. It just doesnt make the least bit sense at all, and if you do play as Riku there would be no storyline whatsoever since half the time Riku is lookin for Kairi, but i agree with DMKA the summons were just.....useless.

Tarzan. Just get rid of smurfing Tarzan. In fact, let's just get rid of Tarzan and his entire jungle-world. It was the most pathetically boring part of any game since Rascal.
no donald and goofy or any other disney characters and just replace them with riku and kairi.
But nik0tine's answer makesmuch more sense.
