There is this one conversation with a drunk woman in Vampire: Bloodlines, that I found hilarious. I couldn't exactly type it out, though, with all the options and you can pick and it blah blah it just wouldn't work.

Also, from the same game, a lot of the crap that Jack says is pretty funny too.

That game has a lot of funny moments, actually.
