Yeah, people could start abusing the hell out of tables. I mean really, tch.
That said, if I kept only the picture of Pokiehl (and resize it to make it use less bytes) and removed the background and side/top/bottom images, would it fit in the rules (with no other sig, mind you)?
Also, for the record, this doesn't use bgcolor.
