The Digimon series was 1,000 times better than the Poke'mon series. The digimon thing had the main characters doing something significant by saving the world and the creatures actually could talk and you know had personality. While Poke'mon I have no idea why that show is still running. The same thing happens every episode they go wandering oblviously around some forest/town/beach run into some annoying kid with a Poke'mon and awww the kid has a problem with his poke'mon, being too weak or something I don't care, then Team Rocket (who according to them are poor) gets their hands on a robot attacks them Pikachu uses Thunderbolt on it and they always know its Electricity-resistant and it always is and its always just that and steal Pikachu and Ash's other poke'mon fail at fighting the robot while the shy weak poke'mon stays at the sidelines dealing with its conflictions and the annopying brat makes him full of hope with the same speech of "Best friends get through things together!!!" and it makes an annoying noise saying its name somehow frees Pikachu and exploits the obvious weak point in their robot while Team Rocket is too dumb to actually do something about it while they're doing this speech and Pikachu zaps them again and they fly in the air and somehow don't die when they hit the ground. They all become happy say goodbye and travel to the next generic random locale. And they do this just about every damn episode.
